As President and CEO of Sports Venture, Adam is responsible for setting the short and long-term strategic visions for the Company, leading the senior management team and overseeing day-to-day business operations. Since joining the organization, he has been instrumental in driving the Company’s diversification efforts and building a high-performance culture across all business units and functions. Adam joined Sports Venture from TMG, where he was a managing director working closely with both privately-held and publicly-traded companies on top team succession projects, including CEO and Board of Director assessments and transitions. Prior to TMG, he was the CEO for San Tan Health Care Services, a regional healthcare conglomerate operating throughout the Southwestern United States. Adam began his professional career as an attorney at Gust Rosenfeld, one of Arizona’s oldest and most well-respected law firms, where he represented individuals and entities ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-up businesses, in all stages of litigation and transactions.
Adam currently serves as an Associate Professor at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, where he teaches classes in business ethics, corporate governance and business management strategies in the MBA program. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Germanic and Slavic Languages, cum laude, from Brigham Young University, where he was a captain of the baseball team. He also holds a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Louisville School of Law. Adam resides in Mesa, Arizona with his wife, Erin, and their four children where he is heavily involved in youth sports and serves in numerous other civic and charitable capacities.
